Wonderful location, right in the middle of town with an incredible view. Easy check in process and lovely staff, very comfortable room, toasty warm!
There was a bit of noise from other guests in the building but that was no fault of the accommodation.

Location was good
When I was concerned about saftley regarding my travels to tekapo due to snow and asking to reschedule staff were rude regarding their policies around this also parking to get to hotel before check in we called as there was no parking and staff were not helpful at all the man was lovely but the two lady's were not very helpful or pleasant I heard them speaking about be before they muted the phone and it was distasteful and unprofessional also the spare blanket had crusty staining on it so Just bare in mind
