Couldn't fault anything! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy. The location was great, so handy to get around with the tram across the road. We had the best stay!
That we couldn't stay longer! Lol

I had a few small issues and I spoke and emailed with Amisha, who was very welcoming and calm and helped me sort these out with no fuss. Great communicator. Thank you so much.

Location excellent
Cleanliness. The bedside cabinet and top of the bedhead were thick with plaster dust. The floor behind the cabinet was thick with plaster dust which hadn't beb vacuumed up. The whole place was very tired looking- matls on walls, layers of dust around the door jambs and a rusty aircon unit on deck. Extra amenities had to be purchased if you used the starter pack eg 4 toilet rolls @$5.00.; laundry detergent, dishwasher powder and dishwashing liquid were supplied for one use only. Come on Palazzo, at the price your guests pay, surely you can supply extra amenities. Not good enough.
