I had a quiet clean comfortable room with french doors onto balcony just off the main street. The staff was impeccable, friendly, and always attentive and helpful. Location is fantastic - half block from the Sanctuary. I had airpods pro 3 with active noise reduction. The pope was here and the streets were full which I enjoyed and without the active noise reduction i would not have been able to sleep. I don’t believe Lourdes is always that busy though? Anyway, Inslept like a baby and soundly with the airpods!
Nothing.

it was very well located. an easy walking distance to the sanctuary, it had lots good places to eat and the stores are all easily accessible.
it also was a big help that one of the managers also runs a taxi service that can bring you to and from the train station
there was no air conditioning but they at least provided a desk fan. but surprisingly, we still slept comfortably
