The room was spacious, the beach is amazing, room was ready prior to our arrival, good facilities, and the hotel is next to the main road. The overall stay was good and the value for money was very good.

The shower head is outdated. The dinner buffet and food quality is average. The pool areas are crowded and if you don't reserve your place early enough, you won't find a place to sit. The reservation team is commercially immature. I stayed for 5 nights and requested to add one extra night for the same rate, but didn't get any feedback from anyone although I spoke with the reception personnel 2 times in 2 days with regards to the same topic and still didn't get any feedback, and that is very immature commercially and will definitely affect my decision to stay there again.

It was a memorable Holiday that exceeded my expectations , looking forward to repeat it soon Everything starting from the super easy early check in at the reception and the warm welcoming was great We booked premium Sea View with Terrace which was a great choice with excellent view The food quality in all meals is exceptional and so tasty The Hotel is beachfront and it has super amazing coral reef for snorkeling and diving All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful Honestly it was so perfect . Resort is nicely planned and laid out. Rooms were nicely decorated and furnished. Beach was good.

The resort is in the middle of nowhere, so nowhere to visit nearby (although I imagine most guests weren't interested in exploring). All the shops and excursions/taxis desks were very expensive by Egyptian standards.

the taxi service was handled really bad. the reception didn’t offer us the service and the guy of the activities desk gave us a bad price and treated us poorly.

The architecture is very interesting. The grounds are keep clean The staff was helpful especially Adel and Skrouk at the desk. The place is very lovely for a resort get away spot. Its also convinant to have the dive center right there. The equipment is well taken care of.

All activities,services are in short distance, very kind and professionall staff, food very good, corals very very nice..especially from molo..

Just only one pool in reconstruction but not big issue for us

Generally everything was fine. Heated pool is very nice, especially the bar connected to it.

Food is OK but variety of drinks could be better.

The staff was so friendly, helpful and respectful. They accommodated us when we wanted to switch rooms to be closer to my sister. The place is beautiful and the sauna and steam room were amazing. We really enjoyed the warm pool as well.
