Very quiet and relaxing. Easy walk into town.

Receptions was horrible: not like I remembered. Not too welcoming like I remember in 2012

Just the staff in the reception. Everyone else was hospitable. Elevator closed to the ridge on street closed and second parking near marina not available.. this is why I booked here. For convenience.

the breakfast was excellent and surpassed our expectations. the only complaint I have is that the waiter didn't want to give us the toast. He said that it was not included with the breakfast plan. Because I had to sign the sheet that enumerated the breakfast items, I knew that toast was included. i had to go back to the front lobby to get a copy and show it to him.

The room that we were in had bed bugs. The walking uphill was very hard on someone who had recently had gall bladder surgery.

The staff here are some of the friendliest people we have ever come across! Amazing service and our suite was beautiful with a great view.

When we checked in we were asked to go to a separate desk to get our pool towels cards. This turned out to be a way of getting us to sit down with someone so that they could try and sell us a time share. We didn’t appreciate this as we were on vacation and just wanted to relax, we didn’t like how pushed this was.
