Lovely location and beautiful grounds.
Front desk should have notified new customer that the key card needed to be inserted in a slot upon entering the room in order for the lights to be operable. Reaction from desk agent when I mentioned this was perplexing -- insinuating that I should have KNOWN a key card was required for the lights to work.
And -- have your maintenance ensure that water pressure and TEMPERATURE is operative before assigning the room. No hot water for our shower with a solution to move us to a different room at 6:00 to take our showers when we had a flight to catch! Did not expect nor enjoy a cold shower the morning I left.
