Great value for money, clean tidy and quiet

Location, convenience, comfortable, staff attentive
I raised an issue re the bed in the disabled room because it moved when getting in it as wheels were not fixed, had it not been for my daughter accompanying me who was able to help I’d have ended up on the floor.

The room and the outside area was lovely , the outside garden bit and bathroom were really nice. The food at the restaurant was lovely.
The jacuzzi was in poor condition the bracket to remove the top on and off was broken , the jets kept erroring and turning off , the headrests in the jacuzzi were broken. The air con even though set at 28 degrees was cold , the bed was uncomfortable and strangely lumpy and one of the worst nights sleep i've ever had
