the functionality of the room was prefect and the value for money was spot on. We were going to BST at Hyde park and it was perfect location for us.

the room was very hot so the use of air con was needed. Personally not a big fan of sleeping with aircon on.

Tiny lift and we were on 5th floor so had to use it. Rooms were quite basic and bed was very soft.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our apartment was well-equipped, with high quality modern fittings and all made our stay really comfortable. The area is perfect; we will definitely stay there again.

The lift is very small, but at least they have a lift.

Loved the one bedroom with an open living and kitchen. Windows had a nice wraparound of the corner and we had a small balcony that wrapped around the unit. Was very comfortable and clean, the staff was great, and very close to the Gloucester tube. Would highly recommend

Lovely area of Kensington. Very convenient , safe location, 1 1/2 blocks from tube station on the Piccadilly Line. with access to/ connections to major tourist spots in London. Everything you need within a short walking distance: restaurants, pubs, grocery and convenience store, pharmacy, coffee shops. My apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff and housekeeping were courteous and helpful.

Water in the shower was a little too hot for my liking but ok once used to it.

Everything was wonderful during my stay. The staff are EXTREMELY lovely - helpful, responsive, kind, friendly. My room was very large and very well equipped. The kitchen was amazing and clean, everything I needed to cook all of my meals (very important to me because of food intolerances). Shower powerful and bathroom wonderfully spacious and super clean. Other notable highlights include the AC! it was easy to use and worked like a dream. Wifi and tv worked perfectly and were very easy to use. Although my bedroom looked out on the street it was very. quiet and cozy, lots of comfy pillows. Lift was also so helpful. Housekeeping every day by a dedicated, skilled and thorough team. Of course, the location is one of the best in the city. I plan to stay again!

Very few things could be improved. Although they help guests send out laundry and there are laundromats very close, I wished I had had a washer in the room or at least in the hotel. Another facility that would be appreciated is a gym, even a small one, or an arrangement with one of the nice but exclusive gyms in the area to allow guests to use their equipment. Although not really a problem, some of the furniture like chairs and settee were not 100% clean and showed a lot of wear.

It was a fabulous, convenient location and the reception staff were very helpful, friendly and assisted us on many occassions.

We had to move rooms. We booked our room on booking.com but the pictures of the room (bed, bathroom etc.) did not match the room we were given. After several chats with the staff, we were shown a few different options but none matched the photos shown on the page. The manager told me that they use different photos from different rooms when advertising so what I see on line may not be what is actually in the room. In saying that, our stay was comfortable and the staff willing to help. The hotel could also use an update in some areas.

We booked a two bed apartment for three of us. The rooms were a reasonable size

2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room with dining area. Excellent location one block from underground, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. We were able to walk to several attractions. Safe area.

Pillows were not great but there was a variety. I should of asked for a change.
