Vitoria Hotel

The staff were fantastic! Accommodating and welcoming. Hotel was clean. Location was excellent.

The bed was so hard we asked for a different room. We were easily accommodated in our request and the bed was marginally better but not by much. Would be nice to have a smart TV and one that is bigger. The tv there is probably about 13”.

Location is excellent if you plan on walking to/from the Basilica - very close. Breakfast was ok, though cooked (hot) options would have been nice. The room was comfortable and beds were fine.

No private parking. Room was very cold upon our arrival. The air conditioner took quite some time to warm things up. The tv in the room was tiny.

From the warm welcome, to the cleanliness of the room, the proximity to the basilica and the convenience of having a restaurant connected to the hotel I would give 10 stars if I could. We traveled with my 83 year Old mom and our son and it was my moms first time in Fatima so I wanted to make it special and I asked them to put us on a room with a view to the Basilica if possible, but I had zero expectation that would happen and it did. Not only they did as we arrived they knew exactly who we were and remembered my request. What a customer service! It was very cold so being 20 steps away from the sanctuary made a whole difference , not to mention be able to come back and have a full buffet fresh and delicious awaiting from us at the site! We did not even had go get on our car from the time we arrived until we left. Just amazing ! What an experience and for a much lower price then others. It was my 4th time in Fatima and from now on this is my to go hotel. THANK YOU SO MUCH for having us over. It really felt welcoming.

Excellent location within a few minutes’ walk of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima. Friendly, attentive staff and generally clean, well-maintained rooms. Good value for money.

Some rooms are quite small but really enough for one night.
