The Grand Napat

The Grand Napat is wonderful place to stay while in Chiang Mai. The hotel resonates with traditional Thai decor and ambiance. The rooms are fully equipped with everything one needs, including comfort, space, and security. Each room category provides more than adequate space and storage for short or longer stays; they also provide safes for valuables in the rooms. The pool and grounds are kept immaculate, and there is a gym. A lovely breakfast buffet is offered daily for a minimal charge. The hotel's location is incredibly peaceful, yet it is still a short distance from the Old City action by car. There is a 7-11, laundry, and massage place on the grounds. Right around the corner, in walking distance, is a Top's market, shops, and the infamous JJ market. The real attraction for me, however, is the staff. The customer service is spectacular and the friendly, accommodating front desk employees, as well as all the staff, are professional, helpful, kind, and an absolute joy to interact with. It is at the Grand Napat where you one still find exceptional service and the accompanying authentic Thai smiles that make Thai culture so attractive and soulful. I loved my stay!!! Khap Kune Nah Kah.

The only suggestion I have is to perhaps think about gluing carpet pieces or installing rubber caps to the bottom of the table chairs in some of the studios.

Pleasant hotel

Two of the evening receptionists were very cold

Convenient location, comfortable room, very nice and friendly staff at the frontdesk. The pool is also a great addition to your stay.

Wi-fi is not the best. Rooms are a little bit worn down - maintenance wise

The best thing about this hotel was the price. Its great value for money. But we didnt spend much time at the hotel other than sleep. Gym is okay and you have 7/11 and laundry within a 2 min walk.

Hotel ans gym are both out dated.
