Always clean and comfortable.

We were upgraded and had a kitchenette and separate bedroom. It was spacious and comfortable. There were large tvs in both rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Only 20 mins walk to Parliament House and not much further for other attractions. There ia a bus stop across the road if you dont want to drive or walk.
Also the Manuka shopping strip is only an 8 minute walk.
It is an older hotel and could do with a bit of an upgrade but it is clean and comfortable.

Location is good, ample parking but it is a bit unorganised. They are generous with tea and coffee and supply a toaster which is handy. Staff were friendly upon arrival and willing to help. The Hotel is in a quiet area and it's easy to get to Parliament House and attractions from there.
Rooms are very antiquated. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the matress was hard. They should put a "Matress Topper" on their beds to make them more comfortable. Parking is unorganised and there are no elevators.
