Esperienza al di là delle aspettative. L'albergo è carino e accogliente. Le camere, pur essendo un po' spartane, sono pulitissime. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

There was only one Plug socket and it was by the front door, door lock was old fashioned with actual key rather than card and we had to give key back to reception everytime we went out. Also hotel front door locked between midnight and 5am, on check out day we had to leave at 4am for our early flight,door was locked,no one was at the reception so we had to ring the number for reception lady to come out and let us out.

I liked how **clean everything was**, as well as the **kind and helpful ladies at the reception**, who gave us a lot of useful advice about exploring Bratislava and made our stay truly **unforgettable**. Although it is located a little farther from the city centre, it is **very well connected to the city by train**, with the railway station located almost directly in front of the hotel. Since we usually travel by car, it was very important to us that **parking was available all day for only €3**. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay, thanks to the cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, convenient transport connections and affordable parking, although there is still some room for improvement.

We didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t use the shampoo provided in the bathroom at all. There is no lift in the building, and the breakfast could offer a wider variety of options.

The receptionist was super friendly helping us to get around and to store our bikes! The place itself was clean and pretty basic. The location right next to the tram stop was very convenient.
