A lovely budget hotel centred in the heart of Exmouth. Cooked breakfast was lovely and they even gave our dog a sausage. We even helped ourselves to a bit of toast and cereal.
Nice to have a separate area so that we could dine with our dog. There are a few steps to get up to the hotel so maybe in issue for accessibility, especially as the lift from the car park was not working.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. TV had good reception and they were tea and coffee, making facilities
Nothing really, but it would’ve been nice to have a plug on both sides of the bed, but this is just a minor inconvenience. The mixed tap shower may not be for everybody as you have to play around with it to get the right temperature But lovely and warm and powerful once you get it going.

Very spacious rooms and clean
Parking was an issue

The location was ideal. My room was comfortable and the staff went over and above to be helpful.
The shower in room 507 didn’t work properly. The overhead shower head didn’t work at all and the water coming from the detachable was either Luke warm or dangerously hot.

Location was great..room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy..fantastic price ..ideal for 1/2 night stay ...
Shower was ridiculously unsuitable for larger persons and people with minor disabilities..and drainage was diabolical..flooded in no time so very limited to usage..
Toilet seat was very unsecured..
