Its a really good location for us and its nice and peaceful. The rooms seem to be getting a spruce over which is nice ,the shower was very welcoming after a long day at work .
its an ongoing labour of love in an old building like this and every year there is something that needs fixing ,it feels like they have new owners every year but they are getting round to upgrading things .Our only real gripe is that unfortunately in Hospitality as a whole there is a need to use agency staff and even though they are very polite there still needs to be someone there keeping an eye over them . The spa again had a few things not working whereas as last year it was different things not working.

Ideally placed for Bath show ground. Easy to find. Comfortable rooms. Amazing staff all so helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the new waiter who really knew the menu and assisted me with my allergy, a real treasure.
Grounds need some maintenance. Couple of trees near the conservatory need to be removed

Location
The bed was really uncomfortable - mattress too hard and pillows too soft. It felt as if there was a rubber sheet over the mattress! The place looked tired with leaky taps and mould around the sinks. Generally needs a refresh.
