Location and cleanliness. Privacy was nice too.
The noise from the Arts Factory on Saturday night. But the hosts did notify us and gave us a voucher to the event. Just wasn’t our type of crowd or music I’m afraid.

So beautiful, the staff were very friendly and the room was exactly as it looked online.
Unfortunately we did have a lot of noise and bad neighbours partying, this isn’t on the property and they did respond, however it kept going throughout the evening and there was a strong smell of cigarettes, which we found thrown over the fence. Fans squeaky. The spa also wasn’t the cleanest, but I understood we were checked in early so fair to them.
