Friendliness of staff. Thr breakfast was excellent. Shower and bathroom excellent. Very comfy beds and quiet room. Location was perfect.
The only thing we didnt like was the excursion company which is located inside the hotel but under different management. They are more interested in selling whatever excursion they can rather than listening to what you want.

The hotel is located in the city centre. Everything was within walking distance: the metro stations, restaurants, convenient shops, and coffee places. It was very easy for us to get around.
The hotel's vibes and facilities were also premium and luxurious. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the restaurant inside. Our room was also spacious for a family with a toddler.
The extra of the extras is there is a convenient shop inside the hotel which sells everything that we needed with very affordable price; we even bought some souveniers there.
Nothing.

The staff were very welcoming and had a lot of amenities on sight, I was especially pleased with Leon’s services, he helped ensure our driver came to us, and assisted with our luggage into the car.
