The bath and shower, bed and room size were all lovely. Great food at the restaurant in the lobby.

The entrance and the lobby were beautifully presented. The door staff and porters were excellent. For accessing the aiport, this hotel is perfectly located, whilst also facilitating easy access into the city. The security is good and drop off is efficient. The complimantary car to the terminal was waiting as I checked out.

I didn't actually spend that much time at the hotel I checked in around 4pm and left soon after for dinner on the other side of Delhi. Having arrived back for a few hours sleep I was checking out again at 5.15am. There was no time for my inclusive breakfast and no time to enjoy my inclusive 'Happy Hour'. I tried to take a shower before leaving, and although I let the water run for almost 15 minutes, there was no hot water!! At check out, I was asked if I had taken anything from the mini-bar. I had not. However, the screen in front of the clerk obviously said otherwise, and I was accused of having taken a packet of peanuts. I had paid over £170 for the priveledge of staying at the Raddison Blu Plaza. They had saved the cost of breakfast and hot water and were then not believing me when I said that I had not eaten their peanuts!!!! Shocking treatment! I feel so sorry for staff that have to obey prompts on the screen. Surely there should be a more human approach.
