I love this location as it is quiet and residential. It’s also just a block from the Sante Fe mall and 2 blacks from the Oviedo mall. There are many excellent restaurants with 4 blocks, easy walking distance
the gym needs to be updated and equipment upgraded

Food was excellent, room was nice, location was very good.
I would prefer to have anti skid tile floors in the shower, and some of the room furniture needed update

Location and nice spacious property. It is beautiful and quiet. The property and rooms need a bit updating (for the price point). Seems not to be remodeled and updated in quite sometime for an NH property.
Rooms are older, mattresses seem to be old style and bathrooms need updating. Especially for the price. Really loud AC. Would wake me up.

The location
The air conditioning was so noisy i couldn't use it at night and consequently the room became too hot. Also the toilet became blocked and the coffee machine didn't work and, although these were both dealt with very promptly, they simply shouldn't have happened at all
