no customer service whatsoever at the pool. although this place has a grand lobby the furniture that's used in the lobby would be more appropriate for a one-bedroom apartment. furthermore my bed was rock hard when I complained about it they offered to put a pillow top on top of it. thankfully they refunded me my money and I left this dump.

NH Collection was a wonderful, business-grade hotel with all the amenities. The room was fantastic - quite large with a super comfortable bed and very nice shower/bathroom area. The pool area and grounds were lovely as well, and the restaurant was great (breakfast buffet was amazing!). The best part of the hotel though was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly (genuinely so) and very helpful at all times. I would stay here again anytime!

The lighting in the bathroom area could be better. It was hard to really see yourself to put on makeup, etc.

top floor room was vibrating, laundry one shirt was burnt one was stained, although they didn't charge me for it and covered a meal
