The bed was OK and the bathroom sufficed in the typical Bulgarian shower over toilet way. The ladies at reception were kind and helpful. The location was very accessible by public transport, which is important since Varna is a nightmare to park a car. There are a few breakfast places and restaurants in the area.

Since we booked months earlier, they'd forgotten that we had reserved a parking space, so we had to park on the street the first night. It turned out there are only 2 tiny parking spaces available and they're difficult to manoeuvre into. There are few power sockets and they're not logically placed. There's little room to get around the bed, no kettle and the aircon is in Chinese with Bulgarian stickers on it, which was difficult if not impossible to operate. If you have mobility issues, not that there is no lift but the receptionist was happy to help with luggage.
