Room was clean and breakfast was good.
If there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom, not sure if it was working.

The food, the quiet, the location. Although dated, it was clean and tidy.
The parking - it was quite tight and would have been difficult for larger or more mobility-challenged clients.

The room was clean and spacious. It's very close to the road to Cooma from Sydney if you are going to the snow. You can walk to the German club which has reasonably priced meals
I could not really warm the room up enough. It was stone cold on arrival so no attempt to welcome the guest with a warm room on a cold night. There was an in-room reverse cycle aircon but it struggled given the room is was quite spacious. Probably not a great option for a mid winter stay.

The room was very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower was amazing. I had no trouble parking each day and loved the Location. Close to Costco, golf driving range, Fish market and plenty of restaurants within a short drive.

it was clean. the room we stayed in was a great size for a motel 3 day stay. it was easy access to family who live in near by.
there was a lot of light seeping through the door at night, especially as the hall sensor lights kept coming on.

Staff member (Jose) at check in was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Wear and tear needs to be addressed. A broken window policy...if you leave damage, it just gets worse.

The room was comfortable and staff attentive.
I had to leave early due to a family issue and checked out within the appropriate timeframe for a refund for that night but no refund has been given and the hotel has not responded to my follow up messages.

Would like to especially thank Jose at the front desk. He was so helpful and helped us immensely when we needed to find a Doctor and alot of things that we needed sorted. Also the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and we will be recommending your motel to friends and family.

Staff were friendly enough and room was okay for a short stay
cleanliness was a bit low. don't think the carpet had been vacuumed for a while, and there was a tea spot on the bench most of our stay.
Towels were a bit thin and scratchy, but were replenished each day
