Beds were comfortable, nice quiet setting.

There was a dirty, greasy pan left in the drawer in the kitchen area and the dishwasher smelt like the filter needs cleaning. The reception staff on duty were friendly and helpful but the cleaners need to up their game.

Clean, tidy, peaceful, relaxing. Friendly helpful staff. Made my families 1st holiday a great one.

My only negative is that I had only booked 2 nights, I wish I'd booked for a whole week instead. We loved it so much that we didn't want to leave :(

Pools changed temperature a bit day to day but as it is natural water I guess it is hard to control

The walkways around the units could have been resealed or flattened to make walking at night easier

Grand children enjoyed swimming etc - we were fortunate to be staying next to whanau which helped, lovely relaxing, but a tad cold this time of year

The showers and toilets being communal, didn't think it was suitable for children. Tea and coffee not being refilled and no ashtray for outside

The cabin was cozy and comfortable. The shower was great despite moisture buildup.

We were there for the water park, mainly the hydro slides but only one was open…bit of a let down but the kids still had fun.

very noisy at night, there was no control around this, very disappointing . the superior studio was shabby, unclean, dripping shower that didn’t drain well. service clean each day was abysmal. I won’t be going back.

Very basic facilities for price point. Staff were wonderful and helpful. They worked very hard to help us.

Not used to paying that amount of money for such basic accommodation. It felt outdated and smelt it.

Location and value for money

Room had smell of either somebody had been smoking in it prior to our arrival or dampness. Asked for air freshener but none was available at the time. was given air sanitiser instead.

We stayed in the superior double room cabin & we loved it! Quiet, cozy, spacious, had our own car park and the hot pools right next door. Ladies at front desk were awesome, friendly and very efficient. Will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the first thing we noticed when we walked into our lovely cabin was that the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. We then quickly noticed that the coffee table, fridge and microwave were dirty and there were bugs all over the bathroom ceiling and floor. I think a clean room should be expected at the very least. There was no improvement when we had “service requested” on our door the next morning. For your reference we stayed in unit 22.

Facilities were amazing. Shower and toilet just across the way. Clean and tidy.

Felt very cluttered; a double bed + bunks, two loungers, a table and four chairs in the cabin.

it was easy to find and facilities were easily accessible.

the motel rooms are starting to show their age and things like the shower head need replacing as the hose was broken and sprayed water everywhere and no kitchen sink plug. There is no insulation or sound protection from adjoining accommodation.
