All the staff we met were extremely helpful and friendly. The bedrooms and toilet were relatively spacious and clean. The washing machine was accessible and easy to operate.
Small issues with furnishing: A toilet door that had been damaged and was difficult to close, as well as a gap between the table and the wall where small objects might accidentally fall into, although the staff helped us with this immediately.

The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff was great! Just a short jaunt from the train station with help from the directions that the hotel provided prior to arrival. We would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great!
Nothing. But, with a nice selection of drinks in the fridge, a bottle opener in the room would have been nice, if it was there, we just missed it. Just being nit-picky, though. Great place to stay. We look forward to returning.

The property is well located, close to a bus stop and a short ride to the main tourist areas.
The balcony area and view was very nice.
We booked a 3 Bedroom Apartment but what we actually got was two smaller apartments, with rooms across the two apartments. There was no shared door, so access to the other apartment was only by the public stairwell.
We did not get what we paid for, and I worry that parents may book this and end up with children in the other apartment.
Our apartment had cheap hand soap in the bathroom and a loose faucet in the kitchen.
