BEACHFRONT SUITE - what a view !! beach, palm trees, ocean, bali mountains at sunset - wow !! the room is clean and spacious with all amenties of a 5 star property - comfy bed, good shower, air con - balcony is spacious and comfy - included breakfast was excellent - evening meals were delicious and affordable served in the very well appointed restaurant - also 3 hours half price happy hour for cocktails !! - the staff and service was top-notch - the property has a well equipped gym and spa, as well as a large beach front infinity pool (no need to book a private plunge pool villa which doesn't have the view !!)

We really enjoyed our stay here the staff were super helpful and attentive. The breakfast was really good and the dinners we had there was some of the best food we have had in Indonesia.

You have to call reception for when you need more water. The towels in the gym weren’t always replenished would be nice if they put more out.

The staff, the food, the outdoor shower, the views of the sea and sunsets. The pool, everywhere was spotlessly clean.

We loved everything, but a few umbrellas would be nice to escape the sun.

1) it’s at the beachfront but you can’t really swim here. You can’t sunbath either due to beach sellers constantly trying to sell you things. They stop you even when you are reading. They get angry when you don’t buy. The hotel could take some measure against this. 2) The food at the hotel is way too expensive than else where in Lombok. 3) the tours are also more expensive at the hotel

The staff has to be the highlight of this place. Everyone remembered my name until the day I left. The hospitality level was outstanding! The location of the property was amazing and the beach felt private even though it was shared with everyone. I truly enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a resort to unwind from your fast paced busy life

The curtain was hard to move and it needed some sort of maintenance. I think in general everything was in good shape but here and there you could find small things that need maintenance attention inside the room. Overall, this was a tiny thing that didn’t bother me much

Breakfast was good! I really love mee rebus and nasi goreng. It's a buffet, but staff will prepare it for us. They will cook for us whatever menu we choose from the buffet menu. Hotel ambiances are nice. Surrounded by a green tree and breezy beaches Staff are friendly. Always smile and greet us. a bit far away from the city, but that's ok, since we can enjoy sunsets and sunrises. Every night, we sit by the pool and watch twinkling stars. My 9-year-old kid also enjoys the swimming pool and beach. I tried their spa for a full-body massage, and the therapist was so good. It's so relaxing.

Service from every staff was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. There are free tea break everyday from 3-4pm with coffee/tea/cakes/fruits and special savory of the day. It is the 1st time I had experience free tea break from any resort. The spa was wonderful. Love the huts right next to the beach to do Yoga or just chill and sleep. The restaurant is facing the infinity pool just behind the beach - perfect place to have your meal.

The wifi signal is quite weak from the room. But one can go to the restaurant for strong wifi.

This place is out of this world. Perfect hideaway from any stress or troubles of everyday life. Sunsets over infinity pool and sea, with a view on mount Agung, are just breathtaking. But what makes this resort truly special, is the staff. Everyone was super sweet, willing to fulfill any wish we possibly had. I hope I will be lucky enough to visit Jeeva Klui once again.

Everything, we absolutely loved our stay at Jeeva Klui. We stayed in a one bedroom villa with our own pool. The villa was amazing. The staff are just beautiful and they all knew us by first name. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is amazing. The spa OMG yes you must try it. I will be back ❤️

Absolutely perfect. Location,rooms,staff. The sunset is breathtaking with Bali's volcans.

A beautiful well maintained facility directly at the sea with great possibilities to stay within the complex. We had a villa with pool and loved it. In itself everything was clean the villa with outdoor area huge. Even if there was the one or other small constructive defect, everything else made up for it. The service was gigantic from second 1 to the last second! Cordial, courteous which really creates a great atmosphere and you feel right at home. In addition to the normal room service that takes place daily. the villa is made beautiful again in the evening. The breakfast was a la carte but of the best quality and you could choose as much or reorder as you wanted. Fresh juices, dishes of all kinds. At noon there was teatime where additional snacks were offered. This was also top! By the way, you are addressed by all with first name, which we personally felt as very warm. The staff had also introduced themselves. Windri and Dini really took great care of us!

The beach section for swimming is not the most beautiful, especially in the rainy season (dry season we can not judge) but the resort can not help it and is conditioned by the location. Hotel a little outside of Senggigi which is on the one hand positive on the other hand you need a cab / grab / scooter which is quite cheap.

Scenery was nice, secluded and relax atmosphere. All was working as expected.

I think its overpriced for that old hotel. A lot of things need repairing or even replacement. The restaurant also overpriced and not much variety of food

Amazing and very attentive staff, nice and well maintained gardens.

Everything (especially in the room) looked old and a bit dirty in our opinion. The curtains, the walls, floor and decorations. Shower wasn't working but the staff was able to fix it.
