It had AC which though cranky to start worked well once it was going. Mini fridge with 4 bottles of water were appreciated. Shuttle was good though it only goes on the hour which was not explicit and meant we had to leave earlier than we had hoped. Location is very close to airport. Nice small collection of tea and instant coffee as well as a kettle provided.

Property is very worn and tired. Room was inner of update, paint and solid clean. No hand towels or soap provided at either sink. No faceclothes. No bathroom amenities. Birds nest and droppings on balcony which were not new. Generally run down. Area felt okgor my family of 4 including me, hubby and big teen boys. Would not feel comfortable walking around alone or with younger kids tho. Rating on booking.com is higher than reality. Photos show better than reality. I would not stay again.

Price was good and it’s near the airport. Very good drop off service to airport.

Rooms doesn’t look like in the photos. There was no restaurant or bar. Need to walk quite far to get something to eat.

Close to airport, comfortable cheap room for stopover. Staff were friendly enough.

Don't think there are restaurants close by its a bit of a walk up to the main road.

Conveniently close to BKK airport and airport rail link. Great fresh complimentary coffee in the lobby, too. Staff was very helpful and was accommodating to my request to early check in and switch rooms. Strong wifi, great shower and clean, spacious rooms.

The first room had a very loud condenser outside the room, however they quickly switched our room upon request and I slept great in the second room.

silent location

they didn’t provide the drinking glasses in the room even after requesting as well you have to walk almost half a kilometer to get the taxi.

not friendly girl on reception, no explanations where is my room and what exact direction I need to go. just show her hand somewhere “there”. I was tired and confused and needed to find my room by myself. Very cold room because of conditioning, the background near the hotel doesn’t seem to be safe at evenings, no fancy places there (it is not a problem of course)
