Tidy and close to local amenities
Lots of sirens for police, ambulance and fire at night
Facility a little dated - could do with a bit of an update

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good size bathroom.
Couldn't fault it.

The room was spacious & clean with a great kitchenette. Just what we wanted on our first & last night's in NZ.
There's not a lot around that location in the way of restaurants & shops, but it's handy to get to & from Hamilton airport.

Location.
Was clean.
Was functional.
Nice vanity and mirror setup.
Minimal road noise.
Mixed up parking.
Shower was lukewarm at about 9.30pm.
Hot next morning.
Shower door is a poor setup.
Opening the shower door almost took my thumb nail off.
Was not pleasant having to listen to the neighbouring rooms residents performing their ablutions.
