Wellness (nieuw deel) was mooi, proper en ruim.
inbegrepen diner was steeds lekker en gevarieerd (maar voor ons te veel om elke dag te eten)
De dames aan de receptie waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De heer die de schuttle naar de skipiste zorgde was ook zeer vriendelijk en begaan met de gasten en hun verblijf
De suite die wij boekten beschikte niet over de beloofde “pool with a view”
Hier was zelfs geen minibar of koffiemachine op de kamer aanwezig wat wij toch misten in een suite.
Op een avond mochten we ook een vrij botte reactie ontvangen van een van de obers hetgeen we ook niet gepast vonden.

Staff, food, spa, simply everything was great.
Perhaps the sallad gets a bit boring after 4 days, but the rest of the food was very good and with a good mix and variation. And the play list seems to be the same....

The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and diverse. Wellness is also amazing - new, beautiful interior, big spacious saunas and very clean. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the Versettlabahn, which is great for skiing vacation.

Sauna did not work and we were told sorry we can’t do anything as other saunas already booked and we are sorry.

overall overpriced hotel. there are much better options in the area.

Absolutely wonderful dinner and breakfast. Superb staff. Great discovery. Above and beyond. Better than most five star hotel.
