I liked the facilities overall; however, the entrance hall was under renovation during my stay. The hotel is located right next to Anhembi, which is very convenient, but I still had to walk quite a long distance to reach Hall 5.

Proximity to event.
Nice staff but sometimes hard to communicate. Property said they didn’t get my message about late arrival ( next day ) it baffles me they send messages to me but don’t get messages from me.

Location for the conference. Good gym.
Paper cups in the room. Booked a double hit a twin. Booked with breakfast but when I changed the dates breakfast dropped off the booking. Very difficult to change dates with booking.com.
