We had such a lovely stay here! The lady who checked us in was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. She gave us a great walking route to see all the main sights and recommended an excellent spot for brunch, which we really enjoyed.
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the beds were incredibly comfortable we both slept so well! The location was so so central. The perfect place to stay for a visit, and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with great atmosphere; beautifully placed on the river and in the historic part of the city. Lovely helpful and professional staff. My toom was excellent, spacious and newly refurbished. I wholly recommend the wonderful breakfast. A very nice reasonably priced Irish pub next door serves very good food and can be entered from the hotel. The hotel is very close to the tram stop for a 10–15-minute ride to the station and it is a very short walk from the shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful lady couldn't do enough for us & let us keep our motorbike in the parking long enough to visit the castle
