We enjoyed our view of the mountains from our room. The location was good as you could walk or take a bus. Several restaurants are close by. The breakfast offered many options.
Overall the room was clean but I noticed the artificial plants were very dusty.

This hotel has everything you need for a hiking holiday and nothing you don't. It is clean, comfortable, quiet and good value. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was an excellent way to start every day of a hiking holiday. All the staff were good to deal with. Patrizia, in particular, always had a smile. The hotel is well placed for accessing the lifts to give you a head start on every mountain you climb and it is only a short walk to the train station.

Eiger view was great.
Room was not so clean. Hairs in bath. And bath needed a scrub. Carpet had extensive stains on it. Bed sheets seemed ok. Breakfast was limited compared to other hotels in area. It was quite a walk from station. That’s for us to check but added on 15 mins to everything.
