Arma Museum & Resort

I didn't know what to expect I kind of booked blindly because this is where my other 3 friends were staying. I was not expecting the awesomeness of this place for the amount I paid! Amazing cultural structures and art all through out the campus. The pools were both awesome. It far exceeded what I envisioned. Also all the staff are super nice and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better stay at a resort. David Fernandes

I didn't have a TV in my room which I usually fall asleep to but it was probably good for me to take some time away anyway and that's kind of the theme of going here is to detach from the world.

The Arma Museum Resort is a lovely hotel in central Ubud. A little sanctuary of peace and calm In the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Ubud. It is full of character and perfect to enjoy Bali culture. The room's are lovely and big. The staff extremely friendly. I cannot fault it. Highly recommend it.

If you had any real mobility issues possibly not ideal as it is quite spread out and ground not totally even. But for us we had nothing to fault.

Have stayed at Arma before as well. the location is fabulous and the grounds are very well maintained and feast for the eyes ! The staff is always nice !

This time was disappointed as the suite appointed was in the new wing was hoping for 2 adjoining rooms around Room 821 (my earlier stays were always there) .

Arma Museam and Park

Room was not clean upon arrival, dirty towels and the rooms are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. The hotel promotes sustainability and environmental awareness, but having to run the shower for five minutes before getting warm water contradicts that message. Water pressure was also weak. Arma and his family are kind and welcoming people, which we appreciated. However, some of the staff — not all — provided service that was far below what I would expect from Arma’s standards. Overall, the hotel rooms urgently need an upgrade. Apart from the Arma Museum, I do not understand how this property maintains such a high rating.
