Its okay

Our stay at Oaks was truly impressive from start to finish. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the guest reception team (Ms. Ann and Ms. Patricia). Everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, welcoming, and courteous, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. We were especially grateful for the thoughtful upgrade from a Junior Suite to a beautiful room with a private pool. It was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special and memorable. All the staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile with a warm smile. (Valet, luggage, Reception, Lounge and Taste Rest. Team ). The hotel was comfortable, newly renovated, and had a wonderful atmosphere. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Taste. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious food, with plenty of choices for everyone. Everything was well-presented, and the quality and taste were excellent. They also have special corner for kids and also a shelve, bread selection that is gluten-free. The hotel is very near IBN Batuta Mall, you will just cross the road to get there. A big thank you to the entire reception team for making our stay so enjoyable. Excellent hospitality like this truly makes guests want to come back. We would definitely stay at Oaks again!

Have a private pool

I am Mohammed Suhail Al Shamsi, room number 116. I stayed at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Hotel from June 2nd to June 3rd, 2026. I encountered a major problem while showering in the outdoor pool when a cockroach emerged from the pool filter box. My family was terrified and immediately left the area, and we subsequently left the hotel.
