Gasthaus Brünig Kulm

Great location for driving the Swiss passes of Susten, Furka and Grimsel (around 15 mins away from the start of Susten) Car parking is next to the hotel on a tarmaced area alongside the road. Great view from the rooms at the back and from the restaurant outside terrace. Restaurant food was nice but portion sizes not that big. Staff quite friendly

The check in process was quite slow despite having booked ahead. They only accept payment in Swiss francs If you pay extra for an en-suite bathroom it’s very small

Bedding was superb! the room was a little cramped but OK for a one night stay, staff were really lovely, view from the terrace was fab! meal was really nice.

A bit more space in the room but not a problem for a one night stopover.

We had such a lovely stay at Gasthaus Brünig Kulm. The hotel was very clean and peaceful, and the traditional old-fashioned style of the rooms gave the place a really special charm. The food was absolutely delicious — everything we tried was very tasty. Our room also had an amazing view, which made waking up there even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic if you want to explore Switzerland. There are so many beautiful places and attractions nearby, and it was a great base for our trip. At the same time, the hotel itself was very quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. A beautiful place with great food, amazing views and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🇨🇭❤️
