Cleanliness
1. Language problem- no good english speaking staff
2. They are very moser for water- they give only half litre water per day per person & charge for extras
3. Spa starts at 12 noon & not before that

Overall v good
Room temperature was good and appropriately cold but felt a little chilli at Fajir time( early morning)
Jacuzzis temperature and pool temperature could be hotter.
One of the mattress was a bit tooo soft.

location was good and overall hotel was nice
the beds ( was king but they put 2 single together hence when sleeping in the middle there will be a fall in) and there were no English channels !

Rooms seem very old, shower knobs in Bathroom was not functioning properly, we had 4 Rooms and one of the room has frequent issue of Power cutoff because the keycard holder was faulty.
crockeries kept in room like Coffe mugs were pretty old and one of the mug we had in room was with clear visible crack.
i kept on asking for an Empty Glass for water but during my 3days stay i did not get it!!!!
the housekeeping staff has issues with English language as they don’t understand english at all.
