Everything was pretty good

Breakfast: nice to have fruit and hot options. However, no variation during the week
Bed: firm, but bouncy and a bit small (standard double) for a couple. Clean linens.
View nice from room.
Nice pools, including a very warm wading pool and cool, but comfortable swimming pool.
Single pane windows: noisy, both due to traffic, ambulances, motorbikes and constant plane arrivals and departures.
Appearance of rooms: very worn paint, soiled furniture, dirty-looking electrical face-plates.

I know the hotel and the apart hotel well. Good location, the renovations made the lobby much better. The hotel side is good, great bathroom for 4 stars in Brazil
AC was making a big noise. I was too tired to request a new room or fixing and had few hours to sleep. One of the windows had a big crack. Room 103 is right above the lobby and the noise or cars and traffic has been much worse than I ever experienced in SP hotels
