Location is absolutely perfect and Pascal is the best!
The apartment was exactly what I wanted/needed in Cannes as I was out most of the day and it provided a restful haven upon return

Mr. Pascal was incredibly kind and helpful. He always does his best to help guests with check-in and check-out times whenever possible, without charging extra. His kindness and willingness to help really made a difference.

Amazing stay in Cannes! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Cannes, making it easy to walk to all the best restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions, all within five minutes. The room and bathroom were spotless and exceptionally clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during our stay. Communication from Pascal was excellent from start to finish; he was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. I would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.
