The room was dirty, the promised parking garage was full and we had to park on the street.

Location the underground parking was very good
The coffee machine and pay, and service to it. As sugar? Milk Creaam. And 25kr for a small cup
It's a scam. Best Scandic Hotel is Umea Scandic Plaza. Very friendly,
Very helpful, free coffee in small cup for guests in evening and night. Nice takeaway breakfast in early morning. The are best simple as that.

The breakfast was the best we've had in years. Variety was very good, but most of all, the taste was great.
Everybody in the staff was friendly and professional.
Hotel's restaurant is also top notch.
And goes without saying, it was clean. Location is also great.
Neutral statement: yes, the price is high, as other reviewers have also pointed out. But we felt like the price is justified by the quality of service we got.

Excellent location, very lovely staff, spacious and comfortable room.
1. Cleaning is extremely reduced. I stayed for 2 weeks and the room was only cleaned 3 times (before checkout). They claim it is to save water and the environment, but doing the sheets, collecting dirty towels and vacuum cleaning don't need water.
2. There is no fridge in the rooms. Not ok for longer stays or people with children.
3. You must still schedule breakfast. They claim it is to avoid big lines. It can be, as the buffet is open and available during the whole breakfast time.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful considering we arrived very late at night.
I selected this hotel because it showed that they have charging stations for elbil. But they have only one charging station. (and that was occupied by another car the whole night, so I couldn't use it anyway.)
Also, the charges for charging are totally unregulated.
It's simply not 2022 grade.

central location , simple and clean
had a front facing room which at times felt like being in a disco due to people driving by with really load music or potentially someone living nearby with very loud music. hotel can’t help this it’s in the centre.
hotel restaurant menu was basic as renovating the kitchen when we came so diner was limited but breakfast was great. would stay again

Booked four nights but the room was never visited, I.e cleaned or items changed until I asked. A bit overpriced for the rooms.
