Good value for money and I like the location, very easy to get to and from the airport. I like the flip up desk table.
The shower head needs replacing. It would also be nice if there was shower gel.

Spacious room, kettle, private bathroom, hairdryer, fridge and microwave oven in the common area. Plus, cable TV and good location.
I had an amazing check-in with the Brazilian guy, I forgot his name. He was very kind to help me with everything I needed. And the check-in a little earlier.
Neighbors could smoke, but I was very lucky to have a very polite lady most of the stay. Bear in mind you can hear people upstairs and Wi-Fi connection is low, but what really upset me was that in the first day they took all my food from the fridge and then gave it back some of it 2 days later, because they said it was a mistake and the last day a lady who never answered to my questions knocked at 9am to ask when I'd check-out and I had already told reception the previous day as I wanted to rest on Sunday.

Scarsa presenza del personale e i materassi dei letti , secondo me a molle

Great location, late check-in available, friendly staff. Budget friendly option, for a one-night stay.
Everything in the comments are quite true: there is still construction in the whole building, there is a sewage smell coming from outside, shower pipes are freshly made but outside of the wall, visible construction signs. Small room for longer stay.
