We loved the location, the wild animals and the lake.
It would have been great to have simple staples like Salt, pepper and oil and cleaning facilities to clean the bbq. The drawer on the door of the fridge was broken.

Well kept facility. Clean. Comfortable for a safari tent. View of the stars. Beach near by. Community facilities.
Shower drain đ slow. Screaming kids at 8am next door. Not just playing and yelling. Screaming! Maybe could find a way to utilize space in tent better. A bit crowded with furnishings.

Our cabin was beautifully decorated and well equipped. Our beds were very comfortable, with spotless quality bed linen, and very handy throw blankets. Location and views from the deck were outstanding.
Lack of internet reception in our cabin but able to connect in the communal kitchen area.

I just thought the cabin was very dated. There were missing fly screens and the sliding doors did not slide very well.

Lovely staff at reception. Clean and comfy cabin, had everything we needed. Good acces to Port Arthur historical site.
Only thing that might be added are Some hooks to put our coats on.

Location for our commencing of the Three Cape Track. Clean and all we needed for a one night stay.
We were disappointed to find we were expected to make up the bunk beds ourselves.

Itâs very close to Port Arthur Site.
We booked the stargazing tent, but the fireplace did not work. Part of the reason we booked the tent was for the fireplace. The manager was very apologetic and brought down a small heater. My bed had an electric blanket, so I was okay, but my sisters bed didnât and she was still cold. Also, her bed wasnât fitted with a top sheet, but mine was.

Easily assessable walk to the beach. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Venue was perfect for us as a couple and looked super family friendly..

Beautiful 2 bedroom cabin, stunning location & park. it was new, warm & comfortable. This suited us perfectly as people who like to be cosy, in nature. We would love to come back here!

private cabin for family and parking .but the park itself is nice with morning view of the forest .
the cabin is smaller than expected from the pictures. the bathroom especially is quite small..

Safari Tents took glamping to a new level. self contained and heaters kept us warm on cold nights. Showers were 10/10.

it as so peaceful and such a beautiful place, so weâll laid out and thoughtful. absolutely loved the safari tent experience and coming from South Africa they nailed it spot on â¤ď¸

We loved the ambience of the room and the overall design.
The Bed was very hard, and could really do with a mattress topper to make it a little more comfortable. Unfortunately the water was not working during our stay until later in the evening which was a shame, however, we were very confident that this was due to no fault of the managers and they did everything to remedy the situation, and provided us with additional water for our room.

Loved the presentation of accomodation and the respect for environment. It was the cutest accomodation , warm and comfortable, wished I had stayed longer.

Would have been good to have a shelf or rack in shower to put soap shampoo etc. would have liked comfortable chairs to watch tv.

Nice and clean room with decent layout and interesting concept. Kids had fun with the tent layout
Can hear noises from the next tent so it wasn't quiet at all
