It’s very pretty. Gorgeous views. The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning is very strong. The staff is very nice, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is excellent.
They had construction happening directly across from our villa which woke me up early. Stray cats were hanging out on my porch. We found marijuana on a plate, THC Gummies and Codeine that a previous renter had left behind in a cupboard. No washer and dryer in the villa. My shower had no wall or curtain so water got all over the bathroom.

Very big Bed, bigger than normal king size bed. Great buffet breakfast. Wide variety of hot and cold food, freshly fried eggs your way and delicious fresh juice . Friendly staff. We had good value for money and fantastic Thai massage service every day at our rooms every day. Nueng and Ott was the name of of the ladies. Stunning views of the sea and Patong beach and skyline.
Mold smell at reception and also intermittent mold smell at our rooms. We opened the sliding door for fresh air and it seems to disappear. The pool area had some loose wooden planks and broken artefact that’s maybe a safety hazard. Lots of stairs. Our room was close to the road so you hear the noise of traffic.

The electricity is constantly causing problems, and the facility is outdated. It really needs a complete renovation or rebuilding to meet acceptable standards.
