The property is not so clean and there no fan or AC in a room. AC was available only in hall.

I didn’t like anything. Never recommend.

Old towels, old bed sheets, 25 mnts walk to city center. It is said to me close to city center but it is not. I didn’t feel comfortable…

We booked it last minute and we’re able to check in easily

Air conditioning didn’t work, we got put into a different room then was advertised. The host came into our room in the morning which was highly inappropriate as we were nude. The host took our passport as security of payment as we didn’t have enough cash on us to pay the full amount.

It was a room for the night.

When we arrived host was sat outside yelling at somebody down the phone, then showed us to our room and the first thing she said was "you give me a good review". To which we laughed off. I paid for the room in cash as she had requested, and I was due 28 Kuna in change. She didn't have the change then and there so I said don't worry we will sort it out later only to be told that she would keep the change as we had been given a good room and usually it cost far more...long story short we never saw any change. It's also worth noting that the room is extremely hot and stuffy and hidden in the small print there is a fee of €10 PER DAY/NIGHT for using the air conditioning!! Note - the air conditioning is so loud you cannot sleep with it on anyway. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the 2 towels provided were bath mats and the bed sheet provided was 1 single bed sheet. I'm not usually one to complain but this was seriously poor for what we paid to stay here. Wouldn't recommend.

The room,sanitary and corridor were clean. The owner which give us the keys was a litlle arrogante and agresive but seems honest and good. Post festum: after we went away and giving the assessment of accommodation 5-6, the owner call me in very agresive way. She told me that I am a bad person. The assessment 5-6 was justify from my opinion.

1. the air conditioner was in bad working condition (approximately 10% of working capabilities) 2. in the room and bathroom was no dust bin 3. on the balcony was full of different equipments and clothes 4. the parking place was beetwen two trees near street with very bad access from the street (high kerb, low distance beetwen that two trees) 5. I think that the accomododation is not an apartment but only a room and the toalet place on the common corridor beetwen more rooms (the toalet was only for us).

The room is very basic and the bathroom was shared with other people staying in the same building, so it’s not a private bathroom. Bath towels very old and bathroom quite moldy. You need to pay cash with the owner, make sure you have it ready when you arrive.

The host was not very rude and the place does not even have a kitchen as I wanted a glass of water and the host was like coffee shop 400 meteres. She was like no have glass no have, her hygiene was appalling I mean we could smell her from a distance of 2 meters. She had sat down on one of the chairs in the room quiet frankly we moved that chair outside in tha balcony.
