The room, sanitary and corridor were clean. The owner which give us the keys was a litlle arrogante and agresive but seems honest and good. Post festum: after we went away and giving the assessment of accommodation 5-6, the owner call me in very agresive way. She told me that I am a bad person. The assessment 5-6 was justify from my opinion.
1. the air conditioner was in bad working condition (approximately 10% of working capabilities)
2. in the room and bathroom was no dust bin
3. on the balcony was full of different equipments and clothes
4. the parking place was beetwen two trees near street with very bad access from the street (high
kerb, low distance beetwen that two trees)
5. I think that the accomododation is not an apartment but only a room and the toalet place on the common corridor beetwen more rooms (the toalet was only for us).
