The staff were so helpful and friendly.
The hotel is so quiet and peaceful.
The quality of the food was great.
As the hotel was advertised to have a gym, spa and sauna, my friend and I were so excited to use the facilities. However the sauna and spa are used as a store room and not in use. The pieces of equipment in the gym were all broken. The only thing we could use was one treadmill.
In additional we feel that the breakfast could be more generous with orange juice, fresh fruit , especially in that location where fresh fruits are grown. Or maybe buffet breakfast.
This is what we would expect as it wasn’t cheap.

The breakfast was also very good and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable and fully met our expectations. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
There was nothing significant for us to complain about. We were very satisfied with our stay.

I only stayed 2 nights but everything was great. The staff were all so kind and Kenul went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed.
The food was good. The pool was fabulous. The room was large. A bottle of water was in the fridge. I came back to use the pool and have lunch the next week before my flight. It was perfect.
