i liked the staff they were amazing specially Mr. Mohammed. the place is amazing the interior and the cleanness level. the breakfast timing is great. the pool area is very romantic

But, the room has no soundproof i can here everything happening in the hotel next to my room there is a cabinet that the staff use …. it was noisy. all over the place is beautiful but needs some quietness

I liked all the services provided, as well as the workers who work as nice and helpful people in everything and they were always smiling

I didn't like the cleaning system, the cleaning service should be much better

The breakfast was very disappointing and insufficient. There is no daily cleaning (you have to ask each time you want your room to be cleaned). The staff is nowhere to be seen and not helpful at all. The pool area is not clean (such a loss as it is stunning).

this hotel, feels like you are stepping through a secret garden from the moment you pass through the entrance. absolutely beautiful hotel, exceeded my expectations! stunning decor, the breakfast was glorious, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. jazz music playing around the hotel all day and night, even in the courtyard/pool, lovely added detail (a bit biased as we love jazz music haha). literal 5 min walk to the town. 30min walk to the beach or 8min drive. we chose to walk which was a lovely scenic walk. we will be traveling back to Alaçati in the near future, and will for sure be staying here again. have already recommended this hotel to others.
