Pre-arrival arrangements not executed on time, even though it was confirmed. Otherwise, no other issues.

Perfect Pool for families with small children, its very safe and flat for a very big area so quite relaxing. Direct Access to beach and flat water which is also extremely safe for small children. Generally the rooms have a nice design.

The finishes of the rooms are terrible if you look closely, paint is coming off bathroom if you look closely in the sink its already moulding. You see humidity is eating the walls, in tiny corners a lot of dust is collecting. The only clean the main areas but do not clean in small corners that are easily overlooked. I also think the food is a bit under a 5 star hotel average....

The property is Exceptional. From the gardens to the architecture. Everything was to our liking. Our beach view room was also one of our favourite highlights. The employees also made our stay a comfortable one. Especially Mr Gopee who assisted us the most.

Honestly I have nothing to complain about. It was a breathtaking experience for my husband and I.

The resort itself is beautiful, the activities are great, and the staff—especially were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. One thing I really appreciated was the beachfront location. The sunrise views were absolutely breathtaking, and the coral life just offshore was incredible, making snorkeling a wonderful experience. The only downside to the location is that it is quite far from most of the island’s main attractions and activities, so expect longer driving times if you plan to explore Mauritius.

The room did not reflect the standard of a luxury five-star resort. The bathroom showed clear signs of wear, with visible black mold-like spots around the shower, along with dust, stained furniture, and an unpleasant smell. Even the buffet dishes did not always appear clean.
