The staff was amazing! If I could, I would give the staff 6 stars and a score of 11/10! Excellent team!
The location of the villa was also wonderful for us to explore the surrounds conveniently -- supermart opposite and loads of cafes. We really liked the landscaping as well -- relaxing vibes.
Room was a little too dark. More lights would have been better.
The staff at the Spa didn't inform us ahead that the therapist called in sick even though we reserved a day ahead and left our room number. We could have gone to another spa outside as there were tons along the road. The Spa also smelled a little musty when we were there. We also spotted a rat running around the villa on one of our nights....part of the nature vibes?!;)

Very good location, I used a scooter but you could make do without- as lots of restaurants and cafes etc right out the door. And really solid choices too.
Wifi held up for work calls perfectly- so can work remotely here.
It’s a little dated, typical Bali traditional style but in some areas needed some love / although truthfully for the amount paid it’s very comfortable I’m

Great location, nice pool, staff is very helpful.
Nothing much, but property next door burn rubbish and you can smell it in the morning (outdoors).
