Gentilezza e professionalità alla reception , posizione fantastica, colazione e la cena al ristorante la Cazzarola, la struttura un palazzo antico di Sorrento ristrutturato con gusto.Servizio parcheggio top!
Manca in camera un balconcino o comunque qualcosa per poter al ritorno dal mare stendere teli da mare e costumi per asciugarsi, che comunque non è un problema se trascorri pochi giorni.

Location was good and young staff where very nice
Double beds was 2 single beds joint together, bed covers very worn, bit dated.

I loved the front desk staff, the two guys working were very helpful and friendly.
As far as the room... it was completely dark without lights on... it basically had no natural light at all, so it was all of this blasting light. They have a window in the bedroom that could shed a lot of light into the space, but they choose to cover it with a strange white film that reminded me of a serial killer movie. Also, had a dirty looking leather sofa bed in the room, I only used it for storage, the only place I felt comfortable sitting was in bed.
The breakfast buffet was just ok, but the eggs to order were good and again the staff were nice.

Had everything we needed for us to stay. Location was excellent and the staff where very helpful and friendly. They helped us with transfers and booking trips. It was very clean too.
The only thing we did'nt like was having to leave and go back home to reality.

Location, room, staff, terrace - all were exceptional. Especially location is right next to Sea Port and city center which makes it comfortable for tourists.

A super location.
Very attentive and helpful staff throughout the stay.
Small touches like a bottle of Prosecco and sweets/treats on arrival or looking up and providing timetables for trains, buses and tickets to attractions were very much appreciated.

We had a good stay at Magi House, the location is very central and walking distance to the port if taking day trips out to the other islands

Small problem with noise from other rooms or from hallway. This might be a problem with rood guests talking loud...

This was a perfect choice for our family of 4 (kids 7yo & 5yo) to explore the surroundings of Sorrento. Excellent breakfast which offers variety for everyone. Comfortable beds and room size was good. Public are for guests (Rooftop terrace) was a nice bonus. Very good location and close to everything (restaurants, beach, shops, railway station etc). We would definitely come again!

Good choice of savoury food, bread, meats, cheese, cereals, yoghurt also included omelette, or eggs another way. Also fresh fruit choices, croissants, cakes and other pastries. Excellent breakfast choices. Alba was very helpful making us comfortable. Located near very good restaurants for other meals.

Great location in center of town. Very clean and well presented room
Room was very small; breakfast was very beautiful setting however the wasp infestation was unbearable and made breakfast very un-appetizing. No main facilities outside of your room
