Friendly staff. Kasun was friendly and professional, he checked us in and explained everything really well.
The size of the room! It was big and spacious. Had an amazing view of pool and beach. Great breakfast

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean
It was in a busy part of Negombo so you can leave the hotel and walk around to enjoy and shop
We took the ground floor room and which gave us direct access to the beach and I highly recommend it

The staff were extremely hospitable and went out of the way to be of service
Rooms were not great, looked old and just touched up. Also the toilet was not great and I did not like the glass doors in the toilet separating the room. The room was hot and the a/c did not work well. Not great at all for the money paid.
