Attentive staff , great Location !!

There isn’t much that we didn’t like .. but there were few hickups which the staff made sure it was rectified 👍

The staff was amazing, always there for you. Beautiful resort, amazing room, adult pool to relax and family pool for the rest. The quality of the restaurants were great with a lot of different choices.

The beach was not clean near the see, there was a lot of plastic, they could easily spend some time to clean it to not see all those garbage in the nature, really sad for that…

To those who plan to stay here, PLEASE read the following points carefully: 1) get ready to sink in the most snug and luxurious bed. 2) the pillows ......they will hold your head like a mother's warm embrace 3) the landscape, design and ambience are just immaculate and spellbinding, fitting for those who seek for their troubles to be forgotten 4)and then the people.... THE PEOPLE at Four Seasons from all positions are superbly humble and warm to a point that it makes you feel extraordinarily welcomed and hooked to come again. It's truly left lasting and unforgettable memories

The staffs during breakfast wasn't friendly at all. Maybe they're tired, not sure. But it's okay, just this one bad experience.

I came here to unwind with my family and I can say that this is a very good hotel. A relaxing ambience, along with variety of scrumptious food and stunning view really help to ease my mind from the hustle and bustle of the city. It also has entertaining activities for kids to keep them occupied the entire vacation. 10/10 for cleanliness. I was served by a receptionist name Joanne, and she's utterly nice and friendly. The awesome hospitality from the team has to be cherry on top for my vacation! Overall it's nothing less than amazing and exquisite. So sad that I have to leave, but I'll surely come again. Thank you for giving me and my family a memorable vacation ;)

Fabulous stay with great facilities and the mangrove tour organised was our highlight.

The service at Ikan for dinner was slow. We ordered a bottle of wine which came only after the food was served. At breakfast, we ordered a cup of coffee which also came late. The first day the oatmilk coffee latte was mild although we were told it was a double shot. So the next day we ordered a triple shot which was not nice either. There was nor consistency with the coffee at breakfast. Other than these two incidents, it was a fabulous stay.
