The concept is really good and the private pool is super handy for the kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cleaning standards aren't very high. When we arrived the room wasn't very clean. We stayed for 4 nights and our private pool was not cleaned once. Also rooms need to be better maintained and better equipped. For example there was mould in the shower and walls, plugs not working, no washing up liquid, no kitchen towels. I think there is no major issue, but there a few important details that require attention. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Although there was a good selection of food, some of the food seemed to had been leftovers from the night before. The setting and equipment at breakfast was outdated.

The room cleaning could be better

The property is beautiful and rustic, with stunning views from every angle. The breakfast was excellent, again in an open area with views of the island and the sea.

We arrived at the hotel late on a Friday afternoon, totally exhausted after having gotten lost, to find the property beautiful but totally deserted. After we called several times, the owner’s son eventually showed up, but that took about half an hour. The hotel is lovely, but with difficult and winding steps everywhere. We would have been totally unable to get our luggage up to the room, and are Sabbath observers who were getting nervous about the approaching sunset, but once the staff members started to show up, they helped us get settled. If you can find the path (we got lost going and coming back), it’s a very doable walk to the beach, in a lovely area of Lefkada island. However, it’s too far from the hotel to walk to the town center. The staff also helped us get the luggage down the (really difficult rocky) stairs when we left. A very Greek island experience, definitely recommended for the hale and hardy.

The location is 15 min walk from beach and around 20 min from city center. Good hotel. We had a beautiful sea view from the room's balcony. The bed and everything else were comfortable. The room was very clean.

The room had some kitchen staff but there was nothing to wash the dishes. There was no floor towel in the bathroom and it was always wet there. We stayed only 2 nights, so it didn't Metter to us a lot. But for longer stay it should be useful. It would be also great to have some basic staff for cooking like sugar, salt, oil.

During summer season is probably fantastic ambience. The atmosphere is very cozy and colourful. The view from the room (all have balconies facing the sea) is very beautiful. Very comfortable bed, has a fridge ans little kitchen. Spacious room.

In low season: no breakfast and bar closed. Pool not maintained clean. Note this is not mentioned when booking it, so it came as a surprise to me. Summary, in low season it is a room you're getting, not the hotel part of it. You may want to get some other place closer to the town and be able to walk to bars and restaurants. Cleanniess could be better, balcony table had a lot of dust (not cleaned at all) and bathroom had many spider webs.

The private pool and the location of the hotel. Everywhere was green from flowers and trees. Recommended also for families with children. We stayed for 4 days and we loved it. The parking space was awesome too.

The playground for kids was rather simple. I was also expecting more from the breakfast as well. There's not much sun on the swimming pool, maybe in the morning when we went to the beach.

The room in general were much better as than we expected..And the private pool was bigger than it looks

The main problems were first, the breakfast..it could be more rich with a bit fresher products and second was the fact that we stayed for 4 nights and they didn’t change the bed sheets…I mean, yes we “kept the sheets clean” but we stayed for 5 days, they should have change them at least once…they changed our bath towels though, and they were coming to mop the floor every day.

It was cute decorated and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. The location very good. Near Lefkada city.

We liked the area, it is very green, with a lot of interesting vegetation, the yard is also clean and welcoming. The room was big and clean, the breakfast was enough and the view from the terrace is beautiful. Also, you can walk to Lefkada center to eat and you will discover beautiful alleys and houses on the way.

not much to say really...maybe the thing that the furniture and bathroom seemed a little bit old, it can use an upgrade :)
