Dated, dirty, poor maintenance

Die Elefanten kommen in verschiedenen Gruppen 3 Mal täglich. Das Hotel hat den perfekten Standort wo sich nur die Gäste aufhalten und keine Touristengruppen sich um Sie drängen. Kleiner Tip: Sammeln Sie die Blätter auf dem Gelände, die scheinen die Elefantendamen sehr schmackhaft zu finden. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Klimaanlage ist Gold wert! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und es sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein.

Das Gebäude scheint etwas verwahrlost. Die Wände haben Risse, zwei Fenster in unserem Zimmer hatten einen Sprung und waren sehr dreckig. Die Türen waren so verzogen, dass Geckos und andere Tiere ohne Mühe in das Zimmer gelangen konnten. Der Wasserdruck war leider nur ein Rinnsal, daher sollte man mehr Zeit zum duschen einplanen.

Der vorherige Kontakt mit dem Hotel war katastrophal! Sie haben uns sogar vergessen vom Flughafen abzuholen… Auch waren die Zimmer schon sehr abgewohnt.

Tout était très bien ! La piscine incroyable , avec une vue de dingue… Le personnel adorable et attentionné Je recommande ! Malgré les mauvais avis que j’ai vu sur l’orphelinat , aucun déception … Ne payez juste pas l’entrée de l’orphelinat , il n y a rien de plus avoir qu’à l’hôtel

Nice lobby and restaurant, with lovely river views and elephants. Friendly staff.

No lifts to higher floors, rooms very outdated, ours actually had lizards coming in through the ceiling. We checked in before 4pm, therefore had to pay a charge to the elephant orphanage. If you check in after, you will not be able to see the elephants in the river until the next morning, when they are bathed.
