It was in a convenient location. The property had great facilities

Location is beautiful on the "fish pen", easy walk to the main beach, playground, Cranky's cafe and around the lake into town. The pools at the apartments were beautiful clear water and well maintained. The undercover parking was a nice bonus with a cage to store bikes and other sports gear.
Would love to have a coffee pod machine in the room, that would've been a nice add on. The room itself was spacious and well laid out.

Amazing apartment. Lots of space. Very comfortable.
Pressure in the shower really not good.
A stronger exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a great improvement.

We love Merimbula, the beaches etc
There was no ceiling fan in the bathroom, had to leave the door open, some blinds were dirty, no proper wardrobe, looked like opp shop baskets, hole in the wall in our bedroom, blinds in main rm were see through, no privacy, a frypan in cupboard was filthy, so used another, was going to tell the lady at reception today but she was on the phone and i just handed her the keys.
